At Vibration Supplements, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of ingestible supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been received. This is to ensure the safety, integrity, and quality of our products, as we cannot resell supplements that have left our warehouse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 20 days of delivery at info@vibrationsupplements.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item and issue
  • Your order number
  • Any relevant details about the problem

Once reviewed, if the issue is verified, we will offer a free replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Unwanted items due to preference
  • Orders placed with incorrect details (e.g., wrong item, flavor, or quantity selected at checkout)

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
